QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to confidently interact with customers
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to remain self-motivated, organized, and calm under fast-paced pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to understand, follow, and adhere to procedures
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Experience as a team lead or overseeing staff responsibilities and store operations (bonus!)

Responsibilities
  • Craft beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
  • Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash
  • Interact with customers in positive and friendly manner, and use effective problem solving to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain inventory by replenishing products and supplies when needed
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure a consistently clean and well-maintained store, including all front and back areas
  • Adhere to the cleaning procedures and operating checklists
