QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior Bubble Tea Barista experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to handle the bubble tea side of the restaurant independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

• Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks, including milk and fruit teas, following established recipes. This includes cooking boba, brewing tea bases, and accurately measuring ingredients.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, process payments, and answer questions about menu items.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including equipment and utensils. Restock supplies and perform daily opening and closing duties.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and assist with inventory management.
