Description

We’re looking for a proactive TEC Coordinator to manage the setup, installation, and support of Just Checking and Just Roaming monitoring systems across homes, supported living, and social care environments. You’ll play a key role in managing the technology, training users, liaising with people from different backgrounds, and translating data into actionable insights.
Job Title: TEC Coordinator
Location: Field-based across Wales / West England
Team: Account Management
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum
Contract: Full or Part time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, support, and deinstall monitoring systems in various care settings
  • Deliver person-centred solutions and bespoke TEC plans
  • Provide training to individuals, families, and professionals
  • Liaise with social care and health professionals to ensure effective implementation
  • Interpret and report on collected data to support care planning
  • Support integration of TEC within existing care services
  • Attend and contribute to planning meetings and service reviews
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system functionality

Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident in engaging with vulnerable people, carers, and professionals
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and training skills
  • Experience in assistive technology or care-related settings is a plus
  • Comfortable with travel and working independently in the field
