ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Tech Apprenticeship team on a fixed term basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of our apprenticeship programmes by ensuring seamless and efficient experience for both candidates in the FIT candidate pool and our network of FIT Tech Apprentice employers.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple administrative functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in delivering a high-quality service to stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the Tech Apprenticeship Officer (TAO) team in sourcing and organising candidate CVs for prospective employers.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Tech Apprenticeship employers.
· Input data pertaining to Employer registration as tech apprentice employers and follow up with employers to ensure all relevant registration information is up to date and on file.
· Maintain and update records in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
· Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
· Provide general administrative support to the TAO team as required.
