As a Tech Artist, you will work closely with the Game Designers, Lead Artists, and Lead Programmers, advising on technical resources, and researching new techniques. Maintain tools and pipelines, and bridge the gap between our designers and developers. We offer a hybrid work model with flexibility at our growing Warsaw office. Responsibilities Liaising between the design and development departments. Import assets & animations, and implement them into the game engine, ensuring product quality and efficiency. Provide hands-on support to artists and engineers regarding asset performance and validation. Investigate and implement new techniques and tools to enhance the workflow and performance. Solving complex technical issues during development. Enhance gameplay with effects, particles, animations and more. Requirements 1+ years of experience as a Tech Artist in the gaming industry - a must Portfolio - a must Experience with UNITY - a must Knowledge in: Photoshop, Unity (compression methods, optimization,VFX, UI system and animation systems) - a must Creative mindset and ability to overcome technical challenges. Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with differences between creative and technical teams High attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Solid understanding of art and animation pipelines. Nice to have Scripting skills Shader knowledge Benefits - what do we offer?
