OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spotter to join our team. The Spotter plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of freight within our facility. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in truck driving and familiarity with different types of trailers, including refrigerated and tanker units.

2. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) REQUIREMENTS

All technicians must wear the following PPE at all times while on-site:
✔ Hard Hat – Must be worn at all times.
✔ Safety Vest – High-visibility safety vests are mandatory.
✔ Safety Glasses – Required for eye protection.
✔ Safety Toe Work Boots – Steel or composite toe work boots must be worn.

• Safely maneuver trucks and trailers within the yard to facilitate loading and unloading.
• Assist in the coordination of freight movement to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle positioning and freight handling.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
