POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Tech Tutor/Trainer to deliver high-quality online and hybrid training for our 6-month accelerator pathways. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience delivering BCS qualifications, and familiarity with platform certifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience delivering BCS-accredited training (Foundation or Professional level).
• Strong expertise in one or more: AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering.
• Experience preparing students for platform certifications (AWS, Azure, CompTIA, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to teach beginner to intermediate-level learners effectively.
• Relevant professional certifications (BCS, AWS, Azure, CompTIA, CISSP, etc.).

• Deliver structured lessons for AI, Data, and Cybersecurity modules aligned with BCS syllabi.
• Support learners in preparing for exams such as BCS AI Essentials, CISMP, Data Analysis, and platform certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure AI-900, CompTIA Security+.
• Provide hands-on project guidance and practical examples to build learner portfolios.
• Monitor and assess learner progress, offering 1:1 coaching when needed.
• Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement of our learning materials.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and exam updates.
