Location:MalaysiaExperience:8–15+ YearsDomain:Digital Banking / Retail Banking Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Tech Delivery Manager to lead delivery initiatives within the Digital Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, leading cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of digital banking solutions including QR-CR, TMRW COPP, TMRW Banking, and Online Forms platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Java technologies, banking applications, and delivery management practices while driving project execution and business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Banking initiatives. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies. Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and adherence to governance standards. Drive Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies. Track project milestones and delivery KPIs. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between Business, Technology, Vendors, and Operations teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and communication. Conduct governance meetings, project reviews, and status reporting. Team Leadership Lead and mentor development, testing, and support teams. Allocate resources and manage team performance. Foster collaboration across multiple workstreams. Technical Oversight Provide technical guidance for Digital Banking applications. Review solution designs and implementation approaches. Support production releases and major incident resolution. Ensure adherence to architecture, security, and compliance standards. Risk & Governance Identify and mitigate project risks. Manage issue resolution and escalation processes. Ensure compliance with banking regulatory and audit requirements. Mandatory SkillsDomain Experience Digital Banking Retail Banking Online Banking Platforms Banking Services & Customer Journeys Technical Skills Java JSP Spring Framework XML SQL Oracle Database Unix Shell Scripting Platforms AEM Forms AEM Sites Operating Systems Unix Linux Required Experience 10+ years in Banking Technology. 5+ years in Delivery Management or Project Leadership. Experience delivering Digital Banking transformation projects. Experience managing multiple vendors and stakeholders. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
