REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an experienced technical/developer lead with the capability to manage and coordinate a developer team in an export modernization program of work, with experience in overseeing the design and development of new and existing bespoke enterprise software applications. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship management with business and technical stakeholders and experience in developing clear and comprehensive technical documentation are required.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and the team to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements and designs for the development team.
Analyze, plan and manage the product development required for the transformation work being undertaken and provide product and system knowledge, the architecture and solution design of the system to lead the team.
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Supporting the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and skills development, establish and implement adoption of industry best practices.
Ensure that software quality standards are met by enforcing code standards, conducting rigorous unit testing, and implementing continuous improvement practices.
Develop / maintain web-based UI using ReactJS, CSS and HTML
Create and maintain API contract for complex data mapping between integrated systems.
Create and read WSDLs, XML Schemas & XML payloads.
Create and maintain API contract (Open API specifications) for complex data mapping between integrated systems.
Develop enterprise-grade integrated services using .NET, Java, SQL Server, serverless technologies and Azure native components including Function Apps and APIM.
