Responsibilities * Burying fiber service drops using a remote controlled plow * Hand bore and stick bore under sidewalks and driveways * Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects * Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment * Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers * Work with support to resolve customer issues Experience/Skills/Requirements * Entry Level * High school diploma/GED required * Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime * Valid driver’s license; good driving record * Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices * Willing to work in varying heights, close spaces, and weather conditions * Excavation or underground construction experience Preferred Skills * Knowledge/experience on processes leading up to actual installation process to turn up customers media services. * Knowledge/experience with installation equipment * Knowledge/experience with drop plow and/or trencher * Voice, data, coax: 1 year (Preferred) Schedule * Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities * Shifts range from Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits * Pay: $20-$23/hour * 401(k) matching * Paid Time Off * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance
