Position: TECH ED & SUPP SPEC-LAWSON API Dept: Technical Education Support Shift: Days 8am-4;30pm; full-time; 80 hours per pay period · Maintains up-to-date functional knowledge of application and related operational workflows. · Collaborates with IT teams and stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria to create comprehensive project plans. · Provides day-to-day management of projects to ensure achievement of goals including managing project changes and developing contingency plans. · Engages members of TES team and other teams as needed to support projects. · Provides constituents with ongoing support and consults to assist with issue resolution. · Reliably and consistently gathers and shares information from/with the TES team, IT teams, and constituents. · Maintains knowledge and skills required to build the training materials. · Demonstrates effective presentation skills as assessed through training audits and/or classroom evaluations using a variety of delivery methods (min overall score =4.50). · Designs and maintains training/learning materials that are accurate and educationally sound utilizing a variety of designs/formats/delivery methods. Qualifications: Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Clinical Informatics, Education, Business Management, Nursing, Human Resources, or Information Technology. Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3-5 years of job-related experience. Prior job title or occupational experience: Experience in healthcare IT applications, education/training/teaching, instructional design Prior specific functional responsibilities: Experience in a healthcare setting. Preferred experience: Experience teaching diverse learners, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other healthcare applications, experience managing projects.
