In those role, you'll operate and maintain essential technical equipment while supporting the artistic vision of our shows at Mass Mutual Center. If you have 3+ years of experience in live performance or technical theatre and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our dynamic team! THE STARTING RATE: $30 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Running cue tracks to include audio, electronics, fly, follow spot, lighting, carpentry, and props. Theatre maintenance, inspections, and repairs as assigned / approved per track. Set up and tear down special events as needed. Maintain professional relationships with internal and external guests of MGMRI, our resident show partner and talent booked into the theater. Maintain the Artistic Vision set forth by Talent/Artist within MGMRI and Department Guidelines. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 3+ Years of prior experience working a live show, technical theatre and/or a showroom in a college or resort setting Able and willing to work varied shifts based on events scheduled, with emphasis on nights, weekends, and all major holidays OSHA 10 THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our employee dining room.
