Key Responsibilities Understand and adapting to ADL DevOps culture Be accountable and take ownership of the DevOps activities in assigned projects Lead DevOps teams working on various projects Lead in CICD Automation, pipeline Implementation and Integration tasks Contribute towards optimization of DevOps practices through process improvements and new technology adaptations Contribute to different stages of SDLC process when necessity arise Lead Maintaining sprint tracker, identification and mitigation of risks Review tasks performed by team members to ensure quality Lead estimation efforts Contribute to designing CICD automation pipelines and deployment architectures Lead teams working on system performance measuring and monitoring Assist relevant support teams to achieve SLAs Participating in System Integration Testing Conduct DevSecOps practices Person Specifications Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Computer science, IT, Systems/Networking 06+ years of experience in DevOps/Networking/IT/Telecommunication Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills Demonstrated experience in leading DevOps teams Solid understanding of systems/networking/software fundamentals and concepts Hands-on experience with UNIX based OS Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash/Ansible/Python/Terraform), Java/Angular/React/PHP coding languages Hands-on experience in CICD tooling (Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, SCM tools) Hand-on experience in Monitoring and log management related tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Hands-on experience with one or multiple cloud platforms Ability to maintain and manage DBMS Hands-on experience in system and network security (DevSecOps) Excellent understanding on scrum and agile practices For vendor submissions - 06 months

Responsibilities

The Tech Lead will be accountable for DevOps activities in assigned projects, leading teams in CICD Automation, pipeline implementation, and integration tasks. Responsibilities also include optimizing DevOps practices, contributing to the SDLC, managing sprint trackers, reviewing team work for quality, and leading estimation efforts.
