We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - A digital assets trading platform. They are hiring a Tech Lead to join their team in Singapore (with relocation support). Responsibilities Convert strategic technology goals into clear, executable plans for engineering teams. Oversee project timelines and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to align priorities and scope. Identify and mitigate risks early, maintaining smooth execution and team momentum. Uphold quality through robust practices like CI/CD, testing, and performance monitoring. Track and communicate progress, highlighting blockers and resource needs to stakeholders. Qualifications 7+ years in software engineering, with experience leading technical teams. Strong grasp of systems architecture, agile methodologies. Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality projects on time and within scope. Excellent communicator, adept at translating strategic vision into technical action. Comfortable navigating uncertainty and driving decisions in ambiguous settings. Experience in trading systems, cryptocurrencies, or DeFi is a valuable bonus.
