You will guide multiple teams in delivering innovative features for our digital platform, ensuring quality, performance, and security. Your leadership will help shape the frameworks and tools that enable our squads to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our 8 million customers. Tribe Digital Platform is divided in 5 areas one of which is Guide & Engage. Guide & Engage delivers generic features like search, products, help and settings for both mobile and desktop but also the content management platform and special features for our members and researchers. Practical Examples Lead teams to deliver high-impact features for the Guide & Engage area of the Digital Platform. Guide engineers in their professional development and recruitment of new talent. Ensure compliance with policies on risk, security, performance, and resilience. You are experienced in the agile way of working, understand the risk & compliance needs of a bank, and possess a broad interest and opinion on IT trends. Academic working and thinking level; At least 2 years of experience in similar roles; Accustomed and comfortable with a “span of control” of approximately 20-30 employees; Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams and scaled Agile; Relevant experience in software development and management; Experience in guiding DevOps teams; You have achieved demonstrable results by guiding teams towards autonomy and a high level of performance; Demonstrable affinity and passion for digitization and Cloud technology; Mastery of the English language (business level, writing and speaking); You take on a pivotal role by weighing interests and risks together with the business.
