Job Function: Software & Cloud The role:
As a Senior Consultant for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Cloud and Security solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with clients to assess, design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security solutions aligned with best practices, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security technologies.

Deep technical knowledge of:

• Microsoft 365 E3/E5 suite
• Microsoft Defender XDR
• Microsoft Purview compliance suite
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Microsoft Entra (Identity & Access)
• Proven experience in delivering Microsoft security projects or assessments.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and cloud security models.

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to lead client-facing engagements and present complex solutions clearly.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
