We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our Secure Operations & Data Solutions team! You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects and the continuous improvement of technical processes within the organization. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring high-quality software design and architecture
• Oversee the technical aspects of project planning, including effort estimation, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate GraphQL APIs with user interfaces.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the technical integrity of solutions
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree holder in computer science, business administration, or another relevant area.
• Experienced as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role in IT and function/business/industry.
• Skilled and experienced in Microsoft Azure integration and data technology stack, as well as in API/Event-driven Microservices using ASP.Net Core, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Strongly proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experienced with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficient in back-end development using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express).
• Knowledge of Apollo GraphQL is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and their differences from GraphQL.
• Maintaining role-based competence and training regularly.
