As a fast-growing international travel tech company, we’re looking for a Tech Lead who will join our Content Integration Product team and who will combine hands-on coding with technical leadership to help our engineering team deliver reliable, scalable solutions that move millions of travelers across the globe. Responsibilities Lead by example in designing and implementing clean, performant, and maintainable solutions. Shape the technical roadmap and contribute to architecture decisions that support long-term product growth. Support and mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with the Product Owner to plan and deliver high-quality features, balancing product and technical priorities. Drive improvements in our CI/CD pipelines, testing strategy, and engineering standards. Work closely with other Tech Leads and DevOps to ensure consistency and reliability across systems. Promote best practices across teams, helping to improve engineering-wide standards, tooling, and processes. Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven engineering culture where learning and quality thrive. Prevent antipatterns such as hero development or siloed knowledge by promoting clear standards, automation, and shared ownership. Drive code quality by strengthening testing practices and ensuring efficient CI pipelines. Manage technical debt. Required qualifications & key competencies 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical ownership of complex projects. Strong understanding of modern web technologies, ideally React, PHP, Java, or similar. Experience with CI/CD, testing, and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). A passion for helping engineers grow and for building a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. Solid communication skills and the ability to align tech direction with business goals. Deep understanding of modern web technologies and system design principles. Ability to guide and develop engineers while fostering a culture of quality and collaboration. Strong analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach to technical challenges. Proactive in identifying risks, driving improvements, and ensuring technical excellence.
