Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Tech Lead Front-end Developer to lead our client’s front-end team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in JavaScript, particularly with React.js. This role is critical for developing responsive web interfaces that ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and user experience. The candidate should have proven leadership skills, experience developing projects from scratch, and a track record of working effectively in a team environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

8+ years of experience in front-end development.
5+ years of experience working with React.js.
Deep understanding of React.js and TypeScript.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Knowledge of various state management tools (Redux/MobX).
Experience with RESTful API and WebSocket.
Demonstrated ability to optimize React applications and conduct code reviews.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a team and as a lead developer.
Experience in developing projects from scratch.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience in a technical leadership position.
Understanding of the CI/CD process.
Unit testing skills.

Lead the front-end team.
Collaborate with various departments within our client’s company to participate in product development decisions.
Develop responsive web interfaces using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Oversee the front-end development process, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices are maintained.
