JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantum engineering and will play a pivotal role in guiding technical projects from conception to implementation. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and innovative thinking to drive our initiatives forward in the rapidly evolving field of quantum technology.

• Overall experience of 10+ years.
• Kubernetes (Mid-Level):Experienced with Kubernetes (Open source) or Oracle Kubernetes (OKE). Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting workloads in Kubernetes clusters.Familiar with Helm charts, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and RBAC.Able to monitor and scale applications using Kubernetes-native tools.
• Cloud Platforms (GCP / Any Cloud):Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, and IAM.Exposure to other cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• IAM Policies:Proficient in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies.Experience with least-privilege access models and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Active Directory (Nice to Have):Familiarity with AD group policies and integration with cloud IAM.Able to identify and remediate security gaps, especially in storage access (e.g., bucket policies).Working with Financial domain is plus.
