THE ROLE

As the tech lead in the team you will help us create a single and unified approach to Identity and Access Management (IAM) and drive adoption of this platform across the whole company.
The solutions you develop will help other teams make smart choices with user authentication and authorization in their applications, so we ensure we have easy to use options for our customers and great security to protect them.

  • Understanding the “big picture” of the technical side even outside of the team

  • Saying ‘no’ to needless complexity, technology proliferation and bad engineering practices
  • Make sure the team’s components are up to date with current architecture and security standards (no old versions of frameworks)
  • Establishing and modeling a healthy code reviewing culture that provides constructive peer-feedback and learning opportunity
  • Onboarding new team members on the technical vision and the teams’ ways of working
  • Focusing on the security of your teams’ applications and the security practices in the team (Shift Security Left)
