Tech Lead / Senior Full-stack Developer – E-commerce Solutions Are you an experienced technical leader who enjoys combining hands-on development with strategic decision-making? We are currently recruiting a Tech Lead / Senior Full-stack Developer for one of our clients in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. This role focuses on building modern, scalable e-commerce platforms with strong emphasis on performance, analytics, security, and user experience. About the Role In this position, you will play a key role in shaping technical direction, designing robust solutions, and guiding the development team toward best practices. You will act as a trusted technical partner for both the client and internal teams, ensuring long-term quality and scalability. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in modern web technologies and e-commerce platforms, who can work independently, take ownership of technical solutions, and confidently advise stakeholders. Required skills and experience: Proven e-commerce experience (5+ years) in complex, production-grade environments Strong, hands-on expertise in Next.js and React Experience with Contentful (headless CMS) and content-driven architectures Familiarity with Lokalise for localization management Experience working with Microsoft Azure (cloud services, deployments, monitoring) Daily use of GitHub, including code reviews and branching strategies Experience with Jira and agile delivery methodologies Solid understanding of Google Analytics and tracking implementations Experience integrating and maintaining LoyJoy chatbot Knowledge of Usercentrics for cookie and consent management Previous experience in a Tech Lead role, including mentoring developers and reviewing system architecture Ability to make and defend technical decisions with a business-oriented mindset Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients and stakeholders What You’ll Do Lead and contribute to international projects using modern JS, CSS3, and HTML5 technologies Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive applications with Next.js and React Serve as a technical advisor on architecture, technology selection, and scalability Take ownership of full-stack and front-end architecture across projects Manage and integrate content using Contentful in a headless CMS ecosystem Build and evolve secure, high-performance e-commerce features Collaborate closely with Backend Developers, Designers, Project Managers, and Clients Optimize components for performance across devices and browsers Establish and promote best practices, coding standards, and review processes Mentor team members and support their technical growth through knowledge sharing and code reviews What We Offer Competitive salary: 20,000 – 23,000 PLN gross (UoP) 154 – 174 PLN/hour (B2B) Real ownership of technical decisions and development processes High level of autonomy, trust, and influence over product and architecture Opportunities to grow through internal initiatives and interest groups Individual development budget for training, conferences, and personal growth Daily breakfast in our well-stocked kitchen Social benefits, including MultiSport card and private medical healthcare (LuxMed) Ready to Join Us?
