Our technology stack requires secure, scalable, multi-tenant infrastructure with white-label capabilities, strong privacy controls, rigorous observability, and safety-first engineering principles. Who You Are You are a senior-level architect and technical leader who has delivered cloud platforms and production-grade LLM/agent-based capabilities. You excel at designing multi-tenant architectures, secure ingestion and data pipelines, observability frameworks, and safety/guardrail systems for LLM-driven features. You guide engineers, strengthen reliability, and work autonomously with a high attention to detail. Responsibilities • Lead architectural vision across multi-tenant, white-label, observable platform infrastructure using IaC, SLO management, and reliability frameworks. • Translate LLM/agent innovations into user-facing features, including RAG pipelines, intelligent agents, eval systems, caching strategies, and guardrails. • Architect compliant, secure data flows (wearables → pipelines → insights) with privacy-by-design and audit-readiness. • Coach engineering teams, write ADRs, produce architectural diagrams, and support production hardening. Must-have qualifications • 8+ years building cloud-based products, with 3+ years in Tech Lead/Architect roles delivering LLM/agent systems in production environments. • Strong background in system design, API architectures, MLOps/CI-CD pipelines, security foundations, and observability practices. • Ability to provide architectural artifacts (diagrams, ADRs) and demonstrate experience implementing safety and hardening measures for LLM features. Nice-to-have • Experience in healthtech, regulated data systems, voice interfaces, or vector database technologies. • Familiarity with digital twin frameworks or clinical AI workflows. Compensation & performance bonuses Retainer: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month (depends on seniority and scope). Performance incentive: Annual bonus awarded for consistent KPI over-performance. Payment & contractor terms Independent Contractor role. USD payments via Wise or bank deposit. Monthly retainer invoice schedule. Paid time off for exceptional performance. How to apply • Submit two architecture diagrams + a 1–2 page ADR from previous work, and include a Loom walkthrough explaining an LLM feature you hardened for production. • Self-schedule a 16-minute prescreen one-way AI video interview. • Complete a 3rd-party personality assessment. • If shortlisted, a relevant technical assignment will follow. • If successful, hiring manager interview within 24–48 hours — rapid offers for outstanding candidates. • Fast interview pipeline for top-tier applicants. Closing note This role is for senior engineers who build secure, scalable applied-AI systems. Strong architectural artifacts and real production experience are essential.
