Description Sett is looking for a Tech Lead to join our out-of-this-world, cross-functional team. Responsibilities Be part of squad management while maintaining 100% hands-on engineering work Own end-to-end feature development - from design and coding to testing and production Work on LLM based applications including the development of proprietary AI Agents Collaborate with team members through design/code reviews and open discussions Partner closely with research and engineering to deliver impactful solutions Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Python (At least 8 years) - a MUST Strong experience in large-scale system architecture - a MUST Proven ability to develop and maintain complex backend systems Previous experience in leading a technical team Curiosity, drive, and a passion for building great tech Background in the mobile gaming industry – an advantage Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI orchestration frameworks - an advantage

Responsibilities
