The Technology Lead Software Engineer supports our Purpose by providing Leadership to the Skynet Pod, a Team focused on data science integration efforts that will produce near real - time and analytical datasets to our g enerative a rtificial i ntelligence ( GenAI ) and m achine l earning (ML) models. This role will lead and motivate a Team of developers in the planning, delivery, and operation of highly reliable software, and will closely collaborate with the Business and other Stakeholders to ensure software meets functional and non-functional expectations. The Technology Lead Software Engineer is an innovative thinker and strong communicator who looks forward to driving the future of Southwest Airlines.
