Our platform demands secure, scalable, multi-tenant, white-label architecture with strong observability, privacy and guardrails. Who You Are You are a senior tech lead/solutions architect who ships cloud products and production LLM/agent features. You design multi-tenant architectures, secure data pipelines from devices, set SLOs/observability, and apply safety/evals/guardrails to LLM features. You mentor engineers and improve platform reliability. You have exceptional attention to detail and prefer working independently focusing on objectives. Responsibilities • Own platform architecture: multi-tenant, white-label, observability, IaC, SLOs and platform reliability. • Turn LLM/agent capabilities into shipped features: RAG, agents, evals, caching and safety/guardrails. • Design secure data pipelines (wearables → insights), privacy-by-design, and audit readiness. • Mentor and uplevel engineering teams; produce ADRs, diagrams and production hardening guidance. Must-have qualifications • 8+ years building cloud products with 3+ years as Tech Lead/Architect and LLMs/agents in production. • Strong system design, APIs, MLOps/CI-CD, security and observability experience. • Demonstrable architecture artifacts (diagrams, ADRs) and experience hardening LLM features for production. Nice-to-have • Experience in healthtech, regulated data, voice agents or vector DB architectures. • Experience with digital twin concepts or clinical AI workflows. Compensation & performance bonuses Retainer: USD $1500 - $2,500 per month (adjustable by seniority and scope).
