We are looking for a Tech lead to our engineering team. The Lead, inspire, mentor and coach the agile delivery team to ensure regular successful delivery of world-class software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have proven history to lead high-performing teams and deliver customer value. You should have strong technical background, hands-on knowledge in different disciplines and great communication skills. You should be able to setup performance measures for your teams and for the people and make sure teams and individuals are able to achieve their goals. Our ideal candidate will be motivated, pro-active and takes pride in his or her work.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• 5+ years managing a team experience of Software Application/Technical Support, supporting end users
• Be an example of the positive, customer focused attitude the wider team should emulate
• Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders
• Have a strong analytical ability to resolve technical issues and a deep level of product knowledge
• Advocate for the Voice of the Customer – make decisions and prioritise workload with the customer in mind
• Be flexible, agile and resilient in the face of a fast-paced environment
• .NET, ASP.NET/Angular experience
• Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CICD, DevOps, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of design techniques and software principles. etc

• Drive the technology vision of the client with the results-oriented culture focusing on engineering excellence and execution.
• Develop trusted partnerships with developers, partners, and architecture leaders to drive optimized platform / product delivery.
• Lead complex technical and strategic initiatives that involve multiple personas including engineering, architect, product, customer, and other stakeholders.
• Drive development and designs/solutions involving the integration of different technologies and products to meet business objectives.
• Bring a strong industry perspective that can help shape and evolve the internal developer experience.
• As a strong people manager, drive a coaching culture, mentoring and lead by example
• Create a positive team environment with an open communication culture
