Responsibilities:

ROLE:

The Technical Lead in the Workplace Solutions team designs, develops, integrates, and implements software and infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include project delivery, software maintenance, vendor collaboration, and ensuring solutions meet IT standards and business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and integrate information systems.
  • Analyze and improve existing systems.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships.
  • Develop standards for deployment, testing, and governance.
  • Provide expertise for complex technical support issues.
  • Ensure system security, performance, and availability.
  • Administer and configure mobile devices via Office365, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Oversee the health and performance of endpoint infrastructure.
  • Conduct assessments and report vulnerabilities.
