Job Description The Tech Migration Project Manager for B2B PACE oversees the full lifecycle of sales technology migrations and enhancements, including but not limited to Salesforce CRM and JIRA. This role is accountable for managing project scope, budget, staffing, and quality to ensure successful, timely delivery that drives rapid adoption and measurable revenue impact. Acting as the primary liaison, the manager develops strong stakeholder relationships, negotiates project terms, and coordinates cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. The Tech Migration Project Manager leads the end-to-end planning and execution of sales technology migrations, upgrades, and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, AI tools) across Globe’s B2B Sales Enablement landscape. This role ensures that new platforms are not only launched on time and within budget, but are deeply adopted by the field, aligned to sales workflows, and contribute directly to business outcomes such as sales productivity, pipeline acceleration, and digital readiness. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Tech Migration Leadership: Lead end-to-end project planning for CRM and sales tech system migrations (e.g., Salesforce enhancements, Gemini AI rollout). Develop and manage implementation roadmaps, timelines, risk plans, and rollout budgets. 2. Change Mgmt & Adoption Partner with Sales Services, Product Marketing, and Sales Process teams to create tailored communication, training, and enablement plans for new tools. Ensure user adoption metrics are tracked and that feedback loops drive rapid iteration post-launch. 3. Adoption & ROI Mgmt Define KPIs for each technology rollout (e.g., active user rates, feature adoption, lead-to-close impact). Collaborate with the Applied Data & AI Researcher to track usage, seller sentiment, and business impact of deployed tools. 4. Stakeholder, Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination Engage IT, Legal, Product, and Procurement to align vendor delivery, data governance, and integration. Serve as a central point of contact between business users and technical teams during tool onboarding and optimization. 5. Continuous Improvement & Optimization Post-migration, collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from users. Lead continuous improvements, configuration changes, and sprint-based tool enhancement cycles.
