The successful candidate will be the first line of defense for our developers, investigating and resolving tickets/issues for customers and merchants Requirements Review transactions’ status and block fraud Reading daily transaction logs Resolve customer complaints or concerns Resolve merchant complaints or concerns Handle escalations with providers or merchants Resolve any reconciliation issues Reply to bank inquiries Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work Graduate Preferably has previous experience in a similar role Excellent in English
Responsibilities
