Job Description Inetum is seeking a Tech Product Manager with proven experience in SaaS and Cloud-based solutions to join a dynamic innovation team in the telecommunications sector. This role will lead the development of scalable, high-performance digital products for both enterprise clients and end consumers, with a strong focus on cloud ecosystem integration. Key Responsibilities: Define the product vision and roadmap for SaaS and Cloud-based digital solutions, aligned with company strategy and telecom market needs. Collaborate closely with engineering, cloud architecture, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the digital product portfolio. Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. Ensure seamless integration with telecom platforms (e.g., OSS/BSS, 5G networks, IoT). Monitor KPIs related to adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with technological trends and competitive landscape in telecom and cloud. Qualifications Experience as a Tech Product Manager in SaaS or Cloud environments. Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry (mobile, fixed, enterprise services, or digital solutions). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and APIs. Ability to translate technical requirements into business value propositions. Strong English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IoT, 5G, edge computing, or self-service platforms. Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, AIPMM) or Cloud (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified). Additional Information Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office). Location: Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
