QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bacherlor’s Degree
  • 5-8 years in technical product or business systems ownership roles, ideally in a recurring revenue or fintech
  • Understanding of payment flows, billing reconciliations, pricing transitions, and platform lifecycle
  • Experience managing roadmaps in collaboration with Engineering and TechOps, driving toward delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication, structured thinking, and ability to synthesize technical and business needs.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Technical Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of our internal platforms responsible for billing accuracy, pricing automation, payment integrity, and downstream tech operations. This role is critical in translating operational, compliance, and financial goals into clear product roadmaps and shipped solutions. A successful candidate will balance urgency with discipline, and act as a single point of accountability for delivering durable, auditable, high-value infrastructure outcomes.
Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and drive the roadmap for platform resilience across our billing and payments
  • Deliver improvements aligned to audit findings, including Year 1 pricing founder mismatch resolution, physician fee capture enhancements, and transparency mechanisms.
  • Partner with Engineering, Salesforce, Finance, and TechOps to deliver new features including convenience fees, tokenized card handling, self-service billing UI, and corporate account workflows.
  • Translate platform fragility into prioritized backlogs; own scope, UAT, stakeholder validation, and release
  • Define success metrics tied to accuracy, performance, reconciliation, and stakeholder
