Why We Need You As an IT Project Manager, You’ll manage end-to-end project delivery—balancing technical depth with business acumen. From planning to post-delivery evaluation, you’ll work across cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes are on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals. What You`ll Be Doing Project Ownership & Delivery • Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget • Apply the most suitable methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to ensure delivery success • Track performance using project KPIs and ensure timely completion of milestones Stakeholder & Team Coordination • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to all levels, including senior management • Motivate and support project teams to meet shared goals and timelines Risk, Compliance & Quality Management • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with clear escalation paths • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, regulatory, and policy requirements • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned workshops Budget & Vendor Oversight • Monitor project costs, track financial performance, and adjust forecasts as needed • Manage third-party suppliers and ensure contract deliverables are met Documentation & Reporting • Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., plans, logs, dashboards) • Generate regular reports for executive leadership and project stakeholders What You Bring to the team • Experience: 3+ years in IT project management across software development, infrastructure, or cloud environments • Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure • Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field—or equivalent practical experience • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or similar (preferred) Skills: • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences • Strategic problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Why You`ll Love Working With Us • Employee Benefits & Advantages At Provido Global, we value our employees and nurture a culture of progress and creativity.
