Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate and intuitive Tech Recruiter to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting hiring across a range of technical disciplines from our Manchester studio.
This role goes beyond simply filling vacancies — it’s about scaling our EU-based teams to help drive delivery on Squadron 42 and other key projects. You’ll play a key part in building sustainable talent pipelines, identifying exceptional technical talent, and ensuring every candidate has a world-class experience from first contact to final offer.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers across our European studios and collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team as we continue a major recruitment push to meet the demands of an exciting development roadmap.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for tech and engineering roles across CIG’s European studios
  • Building sourcing strategies to engage top-tier candidates proactively, including for niche and hard-to-fill roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and translate them into effective hiring plans
  • Improving candidate pipelines through direct sourcing methods including headhunting.
  • Ensuring candidates have a seamless and memorable experience from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting on pipeline health.
  • Acting as a recruitment partner, not just a service — giving strategic input and insight to help hiring succeed.
