Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Head of Tech Recruitment to take ownership of our tech hiring strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for recruiting engineers across our global locations - primarily South Africa, UK, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and the US.
This is a standalone role in a fast-growing organisation, you’ll work very closely with our Sales, Account Management and HR Teams to define requirements and ensure realistic delivery times.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead our end-to-end tech hiring strategy.
  • Directly source 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line engineers for our internal and staff augmentation teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure that new requirements are fully assessed for suitability and realistic ‘time to hire’ expectations are set.
  • Own recruiting processes from pipeline to offer, with a focus on speed, quality, and experience.
  • Get creative with sourcing, we rely heavily on referrals, word of mouth and ‘in-country’ knowledge to source the right talent.
  • Use data to track performance, improve hiring funnels, and share insights with leadership.
  • Help us tell our story and strengthen our employer brand in our global locations.
