QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, supply chain, or related fields, with proficiency in PO processing and ERP/CRM systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience managing inventory and shipments

• Develop and expand new customer channels within the POS and self-service kiosk industry.
• Receive and process Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accurate registration in ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate logistics for timely shipment and delivery to customer sites, including labeling and compliance with documentation standards.
• Manage warehouse inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability, supporting customer demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Shipping teams to streamline order fulfillment and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipment challenges, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
