We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to manage three residential strata buildings.

• Oversee daily operations across residential strata sites.
• Manage all building assets: fire, hydraulic, mechanical, lifts, and recreational facilities.
• Review, scope, tender, and manage preventative maintenance contracts.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and optimal asset performance.
• Use MYBOS to manage reporting and workflows.
• Work closely with engaged Strata Committees.
