ProTemps Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented individual for the position of Inventory Specialist in NE Calgary. The scope of this full-time role is to work on-site at areas that have been affected by disaster - fire, flood, mold, hoarding, etc. (MUST HAVE A STRONG STOMACH!!)

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A RESTORATION ENVIRONMENT AND/OR MOVING IS PREFERRED

• Candidates MUST be comfortable using and learning different apps on iPad and technology!
  (Experience using an iPad and knowledge Encircle would be a definite asset!!)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Class 5 License and reliable vehicle with clean abstract; may be required to drive Company vehicle
• Carefully packing boxes with breakables, etc. to be transported back to the home office
• Lift up to 40 lbs. will need to assist with loading/unloading truck
• Excellent organizational and technical skills, with strict attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work alone and in a team
• Punctuality is of utmost importance!

• In this role, you will be taking an itemized inventory, using apps to document and take photos of each item that will be salvageable. (could be thousands of items!)
• Ensure accurate inventory of all items: document, catalog, and photograph contents during pack-outs
• Packing of damaged items in such a manner as to avoid any further damage
• Work on-site at damaged properties hit by a disaster to identify items that can be recovered, and coordinate removal processes
• Store and manage the storage areas to ensure items can be retrieved easily; maintain a clean and keep an organized work area
• Collaborate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and restoration goals
• Skilled in various computer programs and mobile apps to facilitate work processes
