The ideal candidate is not only hands-on running management accounting operations, but has also a firm grasp of business process optimization and automation in (management) accounting. This role caters to individuals who want to take up responsibility in accounting operations and use their accounting and technical expertise to drive automation. YOUR CHALLENGE Driving the month end closing process, especially in regards of IT related allocations Controlling support for the IT department (accruals, reports, analysis) Maintenance of several business related master data and structures in SAP and other systems Assist in other Management Accounting processes Support the analysis, refining, and implementation of optimized finance and accounting processes in close collaboration with the SAP Process Optimization Team Design forward-thinking processes and strategies to enhance financial operations in close collaboration with the SAP Process Optimization Team YOUR PROFILE A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field Professional experience in controlling or management accounting, ideally in an internationally operating bank Reliable, flexible person with a can do attitude, who likes to work in a dynamic team Passion for financials and IT, good knowledge of bank products is a plus Deep insight into financial systems and platforms; prior knowledge of SAP and PaPM is a distinct advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Accurate working method, even at the detail level Excellent communication, collaboration, and liaison skills A keen sense of innovation and staying updated with the latest tech and accounting trends Ability to adapt and excel in dynamic work environments Very good English, German is a plus We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
