Responsibilities
As part of the Emma IT team, you will be responsible for the overall technical support of our employees and externals such as freelancers and contact center agents.
You will address incidents and requests stated by users via ticketing system, email, or teams chat globally.
You will take full ownership in maintaining, improving, and configuring the different systems, tools, and applications used within Emma.
You will be responsible in creating detailed documentation regarding the newly implemented systems, tools, and applications within our environment and/or the improvement of thereof.
You will support the Senior members of the team in systems implementation, process improvement and project initiatives.
You will maintain and manage all computer hardware, video conferencing assets and network infrastructure.
