Position Overview The Tech Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Exact Medicare’s rapidly growing technology landscape. This position ensures that systems, processes, and tools operate seamlessly to enable business success. Working closely with the IT Manager and broader Tech team, the Tech Specialist will handle day-to-day technical operations, system integrations, and compliance activities, while supporting projects that directly impact the organization’s scalability and efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining the stability of our IT infrastructure and empowering cross-functional teams with reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. Job Responsibilities System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across Microsoft 365, Azure Portal, MS Intune, and other core platforms. Process Optimization: Assist with automating workflows, integrating APIs, and maintaining relational/non-relational databases to improve efficiency. Compliance Monitoring: Support audits and maintain adherence to HIPAA and other compliance requirements. Track, document, and escalate risks when necessary. Tool & Vendor Support: Work with project management and support tools (Monday.com, ZenDesk, SharePoint, ClickUp) and coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate technical documentation, process guides, and performance logs for transparency and business continuity. Collaboration: Partner with the Tech Department and other business units to gather requirements, support projects, and ensure smooth technology adoption. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, security best practices, and new technologies to contribute fresh ideas and improvements. Minimum Qualifications Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
