ABOUT THE POSITION

• Web Application Development: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing both front-end and back-end web applications. These applications are integral to the functionality of our in-house dashboard, which serves as a central hub for Geophysicists and Algorithmic Developers across S-Cube’s projects in the Energy Industry.
• Dashboard Enhancement: Your role will encompass all aspects of the development journey. This includes collaborating with users to incorporate new ideas and functionalities, aiding in advancing the automated interpretation of results, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dashboard.
• Feature Improvement and Optimization: Identifying and addressing errors in the dashboard’s functionality will be a part of your routine. You’ll work closely with the team to maintain and optimize its performance as the company grows.
• Query: Implement and manage systems to query parameterisation for ML workloads to easily track, compare and identify comparable jobs. This will form part of a greater utility that aids everyday tasks and adds to the overall process optimisation for faster RnD.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• BSc or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficient in Python and either Typescript or Javascript, as well as one of C or C++
• Strong experience with frontend and backend systems in a commercial setting (such as Django, Angular, Rest, etc.)
• Strong experience with SQL or similar
• Experience managing a project from inception to final deliverable
• Experience with ML workflows and agentic systems
• Bonus: Worked with cloud services and built/managed CI/CD pipelines
