We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Fort Myers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our employees and agents receive exceptional technical assistance, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service in the luxury real estate sales and vacation rental market.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this important role, you will be responsible for the day to day technical support of all real estate office, staff and agents. You will oversee the training on technology and systems to staff and agents. This position reports directly to the President and would also be charged with the following responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain a written inventory of Royal Shell Assets
  • Hold Technical Training classes on various systems and tools available to agents and staff.
  • Email client Outlook365
  • Phone System (Basic transfer/conference/hold operations)
  • AppFiles (Admin of Appfiles)
  • DealMKR (Custom CRM)
  • Testimonial Tree
  • MyMarketingMatters
  • Copier/Scanner/eFax
  • Other as added
  • Installing agent printing capabilities and email client setup. Once agent is onboard setup of email and printer drives so agent can use copier
  • Technical support for office managers and offices
  • Manage conference room computers and presentations keeping both updated
  • Manage training and any issue for Chromecast sharing of computers to TV screens
  • Control and setup of iPhones and iPads
  • Manage, optimize, and reconcile Verizon Account
  • Remote technical help with all offices
  • Setup new/Move existing computers and phones for agents and staff
  • Manage copier maintenance and configuration and copier codes and well as any issues with the copiers not working
  • Assist with setup and operation at any trade shows and special events
  • Maintain helpdesk tickets and knowledgebase
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance and your physical presence at the work site
  • Some travel may be required on occasion to Ocala and/or North Carolina, in addition to regular support of all of our SW Florida locations.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR IT ROLES.

  • Knowledge of AppFiles, SkySlope is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of technical experience
  • Real estate knowledge preferred but not required
  • Software programs: Windows, MAC OS, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
