Responsibilities Be a key source of knowledge for internal platforms, APIs and underlying web-stack technologies used by stakeholders Provide timely support and assistance to users, addressing ad-hoc technical requests and troubleshooting issues. Investigate, triage, and document reported problems, escalating to the engineering team when necessary. Maintain detailed records of support tickets, resolutions, and FAQs for continuous knowledge sharing. Assist in testing new features and releases to ensure smooth deployment and minimize production impact. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or software QA environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or JavaScript). Experience in database operation, programming languages and excellent debugging skills (MySQL or Oracle). Willingness to work in rotating shifts or on-call schedules as needed to ensure continuous support coverage.
