KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years experience in a similar role (retail/repairs/IT support)
• Proven ability to sell tech products confidently
• Solid hands-on repair skills (phones, laptops, PCs)
• Board-level repair knowledge is a major advantage
• Detail-focused with pride in your work
• Comfortable with POS, ticketing, and repair tracking systems
• Reliable, approachable, and able to work independently
• Willing to move between shop and workshop as needed
• Full clean driving licence is a bonus

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced retail and technical environment. This dual-role position requires both strong sales ability and solid technical repair skills. You’ll be working between the retail shop floor and our technical workshop, and occasionally supporting our IT services team on business client sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
• Diagnose and carry out repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PCs
• Perform modular repairs (screen replacements, batteries, charging ports, etc.)
• Level 2–3 repairs (e.g. micro soldering, board-level work) are a strong advantage
• Provide Level 1 IT helpdesk support to our MSP clients (training provided)
• Go on-site to business clients for installations, setups, and support when needed
• Prepare devices for resale — testing, wiping, and cleaning
• Keep your workspace tidy and organised
• Assist with stock intake, labelling, and merchandising
• Track sales and jobs in our POS and repair systems
• Deliver a top-class customer experience
