If you are willing to answer very rare holidays and weekends, we pay an extra commission of ARS 10,000 each for going above and beyond. All salaries and commissions can be pegged to USD to counter inflation.
Any downtime outside of this not busy support schedule will be dedicated to developing your technical skills, research, and data entry related tasks related to our internal products.
