About the Role This is a hands-on, strategic recruitment role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — passionate about connecting great talent with purpose and building strong employer branding foundations from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across business, commercial, and technology functions. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define job scopes, craft hiring strategies, and deliver strong talent pipelines. Build and manage talent acquisition channels, including job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, agencies, and referrals. Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing to position the company as an employer of choice in Vietnam. Contribute to workforce planning and ensure timely alignment between hiring needs and business growth. Maintain a strong candidate experience and ensure recruitment processes reflect the company’s people-first culture. Collaborate with regional TA teams in Singapore and Malaysia on hiring priorities and process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in IT hiring. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence and partner with business leaders. Experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations (tech, startup, or growth-stage preferred). Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Proactive, agile, and results-driven mindset.
