Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a Tech Talent Sourcer to join the team. You will demonstrate your creative searching skills to track down the very best tech talent in Europe and the US.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in tech (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
• Comfortable working across different time zones and multiple reqs
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Tech Talent Sourcer to help us find and engage top-tier engineering and product talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines for high-growth startups, often hiring for critical roles in software engineering, AI/ML, and product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow, X/Twitter, and other platforms
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for multiple roles at once
• Craft compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest and fit
• Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve your approach based on data
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging tech talent hubs
