We are looking for a creative and dynamic strategic architect of our Self-Serve motion. Managing a massive population of 220,000 accounts, you will help define how we use data, AI agents, and digital signals to drive adoption and retention at scale. This role is part of our newly formed Tech Touch department—an extremely fast-paced, ever-innovating hub where we are "building the plane while flying it." We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven owner who brings a "can-do" approach to every challenge and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. About The Role Segment Innovation: Define the segmentation strategy for 220,000 accounts, moving beyond simple demographics to behavioral-based clusters that drive action. Omnichannel Strategy: Design the end-to-end digital customer journey, determining the perfect mix of AI agents, automated communication, and in-product nudges. Partner Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate deeply with the Partners Organization and the Go-to-Partners platform. Ensure our self-serve motions empower partners to manage their own populations effectively. Business Requirements for AI: Act as the internal "Customer Voice" for technical teams. Define the logic and personality of our AI Agents to solve real customer needs across both direct and partner-led accounts. Rapid Execution & Accountability: Own the Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and churn metrics for the self-serve segment. Launch, test, and iterate on "out-of-the-box" initiatives daily. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partner leads, maintaining a transparent and proactive communication loop Requirements Internal Expertise: 3-5 years at monday.com (or similar environment), with a deep understanding of our product, our users' "post-sales" journey, and the partner ecosystem. Execution Driven: You don't just dream up ideas; you have a relentless focus on shipping and seeing them through to completion.
