Dublin based Bio Pharmaceutical client require a Project Manager. The role of the NPI Manager involves program management for the Technology Transfer and introduction of new products across various sites. Collaborating with multiple departments, this role ensures successful project execution from planning to delivery phases.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing multi-discipline Tech Transfer projects
  • Preparing project charters and cost estimates
  • Tracking project deliverables and reporting on status
  • Managing decision logs and risk registers
  • Leading project teams through all phases
  • Developing project controls and communication plans
  • Providing project management support for NPI/Technology Transfer
  • Organizing and facilitating project meetings
  • Ensuring appropriate resource allocation and cost management
  • Supporting continuous improvement of TT practices
  • Experience in Smart Sheet for tracking milestones

Experience / Qualification:

  • Demonstrated leadership in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience in new product introduction projects
  • Strong track record in global and matrix environments
  • Ability to establish strong partnerships
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Team player with multitasking abilities
